Exchange and return are a guaranteed right for all our customers and apply to all products we display in our store.

General Conditions

All products displayed in our store are eligible for exchange and return policy according to the terms and conditions stipulated on this page.
Returns or exchanges are possible if the product is in its original condition upon purchase and packaged in its original wrapping.
Exchange or return requests are approved within 3 business days.
If the return and exchange request is approved, a representative will reach the customer within 3-5 business days.

Please send a message via WhatsApp to the number shown on the shipping label, or contact us through the Contact Us page.
Please photograph the product and send it, specifying the city, address, and order number in case the product is damaged, defective, or not working as agreed.

The full amount will be refunded to the customer if the product received is completely different from the product description on our website's product page.

We are not responsible for any expectations regarding the use of products by the customer that we did not mention on the product page of our website.
